Long week....

This has been a long week....Jake has been running a fever since Monday night and with that he hasn't been sleeping very well. Not sleeping well and whining all day make for a great combination. Jim and I didn't take him to the doctor because we thought his one-year molars were breaking through. Well he woke up this morning and his fever was gone, but I noticed he had a rash all over his body. Jim's mom came over for a while and she said that Jake had Roseola. I guess that proves that Jim and I aren't M.D.s. Hopefully, now we are on our way to a full nights sleep and more pleasant days. This mommy needs structure and consistency to function.

Great News

We just found out this morning that my g-daddy doesn't have any cancer in his neck. His Dr. did a biopsy on the area where he was supposed to have the surgery next week and the cancer is gone. What an awesome answer to many prayers!
